STONE 盤爪（又稱 STONE 曲柄盤爪 或 Spider）是單車改裝界中非常知名的高性價比 CNC 鋁合金盤爪轉換座，由專門製造單車齒盤的品牌 STONE（石塚工坊） 生產。
它的主要功能是將特殊規格的直裝式曲柄（Direct Mount），轉換為常見的 BCD 孔距（例如 BCD110 或 BCD130），讓車友可以自由搭配不同品牌、齒數的單盤或雙盤齒片。 
⚙️ 主要規格與相應系統
STONE 生產的盤爪幾乎涵蓋了市面上主流的單車曲柄系統：
  • SRAM 系統（3釘 / 8釘）： 最常見的改裝款，用於將 SRAM Force、Red、Rival 等 8 釘或 3 釘曲柄轉換為 BCD110 四爪或五爪，方便安裝單盤（正負齒）或公路車雙盤。 
  • ROTOR 系統（密齒軸心）： 支援 ROTOR ALDHU、VEGAST、KAPIC 等密齒結構曲柄，可轉為 BCD130 或 BCD110。
  • EASTON / RaceFace 系統： 支援 EASTON EC90SL 等曲柄，轉為 BCD110 或 BCD130 規格。
  • Shimano 系統支援： 提供專為 Shimano 4爪（如 R7100、R8100、R9200）設計的爪盤或一體式齒片。
