The vast majority of folding bikes (Brompton, Birdy, Dahon…) and other urban bikes have frames compatible with BSA bottom brackets shell. Ridea offers three different models all compatible with the BSA standard and cranksets with spindles of 24 mm of diameter.
LS BSAF 24 is a special design for Birdy bikes using double chainring cranksets. This BB provides a wider spacing to acommodate the longer spindles required by 2x cranksets on Birdy bikes. Birdy bikes with one chainring crankset use any of the other three bottom brackets models shown in the table. LS BSAF 24 is not compatible with Brompton bikes.
