租用計劃守則

1. 租用計劃有效性

購買租用計劃後，於有效期內可於任何一間分店無限次租用單車。

After purchasing the rental plan, you can rent bicycles unlimitedly at any branch during the validity period of the purchase plan.

2. 還車規定

每天須按照該分店的還車時間還車。如需跨店還車，請提前通知店員。

You must return the bicycle according to the return time of the branch every day. If you return the bicycle across stores, please inform the clerk in advance.

3. 身份核實

購買該計劃時輸入的名字必須與身份證明文件相同，職員將查詢身份證以核實使用者為登記使用人。

The name entered for the purchase plan must be the same as the identity document. The staff will check the ID card to verify that the user is the registered user.

4. 使用限制

租用計劃僅適用於購買該計劃的登記使用者。如發現第三者使用，將向計劃登記使用者罰款該計劃雙倍價錢。

The rental plan is only applicable to registered users who purchase the plan. If a third party is found using it, the registered user will be fined twice the price of the plan.

基本租車守則

1. 安全檢查

客戶需檢查單車的安全性能，包括煞車和變速功能，租客需妥善保護單車，若有損壞需負責賠償。

Customers need to check the safety performance of the bicycle, including the brake and transmission function. The tenant needs to properly protect the bicycle and be responsible for compensation if there is any damage.

2. 遵守交通規則

客人必須遵守香港的交通規則，禁止酒後駕駛、超載、以及在禁行區域使用單車。

Guests must abide by Hong Kong's traffic rules, prohibiting drunk driving, overloading, and using bicycles in restricted areas.

3. 損壞賠償

如有任何撞毀、爆胎或單車損失，客人必須照價賠償。

Customers will be penalized for any damage, breakage, or loss of the bicycle.

4. 問題反饋

如單車出現甩鏈或其他問題，客人必須將單車退回店鋪以進行更換或交還。

If the bicycle has any issues, customers need to return it to our shop for exchange or return.

5. 準時還車

客人必須按時還車，逾時將按每小時計算罰款。如果超過營業時間還車，將收取雙倍費用。

Customers must return the bicycle on time. Late returns will incur hourly fees, and returns after business hours will be charged double.
